Turquoise AI Film Festival is an international arts and culture event that explores the relationship between artificial intelligence, cinema and visual storytelling.

The festival sets out to bring AI-assisted filmmaking into view, to connect cinema and the creative industries with the technology ecosystem, and to support innovative work that explores the new creative possibilities AI offers.

AI now opens up new possibilities at almost every stage of filmmaking, from script development and visual design to animation, editing, sound design and post-production. Turquoise AI Film Festival treats this change as more than a technological development. It sees it as a creative field that is reshaping how cinema expresses itself and how stories are told.

Our core mission is to encourage sustainable and innovative AI-assisted filmmaking, to bring together creators from different disciplines, and to make Türkiye one of the leading international centres for creative work and debate where artificial intelligence and cinema meet.

Turquoise AI Film Festival takes its name from Türkiye's cultural heritage and the distinctive identity of the colour turquoise, while its vision looks toward the cinema of the future, new technologies and the evolving forms of storytelling in the age of AI.
